Yes. Every client gets one Online HR Manager as the single point of accountability. The 5–6 Executives are pooled, but your HR Manager owns your account and is on every call.
We deploy a Cloud HRMS that is included in the monthly fee — no separate software licence to buy. It handles attendance, leave, expenses, payroll, payslips and TDS.
Policy framework, employee handbook, offer letters and contracts, salary structures, statutory registrations (PF / ESIC / PT / LWF where applicable), and HRMS configuration with all employees migrated in.
Recruitment, Training & Development, POSH ICC setup, Employee Engagement / events, and Performance Management execution are not part of the base plan. All are available as add-ons.
6-month minimum commitment, 3 months billed in advance. GST extra. One-time HR Setup fee of ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 depending on team size and complexity.
