You forward the resignation. We handle everything after it. Each case gets a dedicated HR partner who owns the file from Day 1 to closure and keeps you updated with a simple weekly note.
01
Resignation Processing and Acceptance
The moment a resignation lands in your inbox, we log it, share the acceptance letter, and open the handover checklist. Your HR team does not have to write a single email.
02
Full and Final Settlement (F&F)
The single sheet that closes an employee's financial relationship with the company. Every rupee owed in both directions accounted for: salary for days worked, notice period pay or recovery, leave encashment, gratuity if eligible, bonus and incentives, reimbursements, PF and ESI closure, TDS, and recovery of any advances or company assets. One clean statement, one clear number.
03
Experience and Relieving Letters
We prepare, sign, and store every document your business and your employee need after separation. Relieving letter, experience letter, no dues certificate, Full and Final statement, and Form 16 for the financial year. Everything issued on time, in the right format, saved to your secure HR record.
04
Exit Interviews
A short structured conversation in the last week. We capture the real reason for leaving, hand you a clean summary, and flag any patterns showing up across recent exits.
05
Compliance During Separation
Every exit is built to hold up under a labour inspection. We follow the Payment of Wages Act 1936, the Payment of Gratuity Act 1972, the Employees Provident Fund Act 1952, the Employees State Insurance Act 1948, the relevant state Shops and Establishments Acts, Income Tax rules for TDS on final settlement, and the DPDP Act 2023 for employee data handling.
06
Asset Recovery and Access Revocation
On the last working day, laptops, ID cards, and any other company property are collected. Email, HRIS, and system access are revoked the same day. Nothing walks out with the employee that should not.
07
Full & Final Settlement Components
We calculate and clear every amount owed: salary for days worked, unused leave encashment, gratuity under the Payment of Gratuity Act 1972, any bonus due under the Payment of Bonus Act 1965, pending reimbursements, notice-period dues, recovery of loans or advances, and the final TDS adjustment. One clean, correct settlement.
08
Exit Documents & Interview Insights
The employee leaves with a relieving letter, an experience letter, and a salary certificate on request, all issued on time. A short exit interview then captures why they are leaving, how satisfied they were, feedback on managers and culture, and ideas to improve, so leadership can act on real patterns.
09
Compliance & Asset Handover
We handle every statutory step: PF transfer or withdrawal (Form 19 or 13), ESIC continuation, a revised Form 16, and gratuity paid within 30 days. We also recover laptops, phones, ID and access cards, shut off email and system access, and get clearance from every department, so nothing is left open.
