1. No Professional Tax in Delhi

2. Delhi Shops and Establishments Act, 1954
- Registration: Within 30 days of commencement with District Labour Commissioner
- Working hours: Maximum 9 hours/day, 48 hours/week for adults
- Overtime: Twice the ordinary rate of wages
- Rest interval: Half hour after 5 hours of work
- Opening/closing hours: Between 9 AM and 9 PM (can be extended to 11 PM with permission)
- Weekly holiday: Sunday (or alternative day notified)
- Leave: 15 days earned leave per year, 12 days sick leave

3. Delhi Minimum Wages
