We strive to ensure that our services you avail are to your full satisfaction, and are best reasonable and affordable prices.

However, there may arise situations when you desire to terminate from the our HRTailor services.

    1. You pay in Advance for our Service, then later you wish to withdraw before availing the services.
    2. You wish to Discontinue our service, due to unsatisfactory reasons.

In any of the above situations, you can just send us an e-mail stating the reason to or you can also call your dedicated assigned Online HR Manager for a conversation.

Once we receive the mail / call, we will consult with our Senior Management team and start process for your refund.

Cancellation Policy

It is our organizations main objective to make sure that every customer is a happy customer. However, sometimes under certain circumstances if there arises any unavoidable issue the service can be cancelled.

Conditions for cancellation:

  • On Client

Either client had a change of mind or due to any factor for which our organization is solely responsible like any undue delay or human error. The client can voluntarily cancel the services. In case the client wishes to initiate the refund after the start of work, 100 % refund shall be made.

  • On HRTailor

If there is no timely co-ordination or we do not get the required documents from the client’s end to initiate the HRTailor Services / the client is not reachable after numerous attempts from our side for more than 60 days, we will cancel the services.


  • You will get 100% Refund, once you terminate the contract via Email/ Call.

  • It may take 10 business days to respond to your request.

  • Full refund will be done within 10 working days.
